Why I chose Macalester:
I chose Macalester because I wanted to be able to balance a terrific liberal arts education with the opportunity to play soccer competitively. I also wanted to be a part of a student body drawn from all over the country and the world, with so many varied backgrounds and passions.
What Macalester has meant to me:
I have loved meeting so many interesting people, having the opportunity to pursue my different academic interests, and getting the chance to learn more about myself and what I want to do after college.
How Macalester Soccer has shaped me as an individual:
I have loved the opportunity to challenge myself both mentally and physically. Soccer has always been a great release for me, so it's a wonderful break from the stress of classes. Being a part of a team has helped me feel at home at Mac.
