Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the strong academics, the campus-wide focus on both global and local citizenship, and the tight-knit campus community.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has taught me to balance all the different, and often conflicting, commitments in my life. I have learned how to prioritize and work efficiently, while still enjoying my time. It has also given me a wonderful connection with all my teammates.
