How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete has helped me grow out of my comfort zone and pushing myself to do more than I believe I can do. After graduation, I will be able to motivate myself to continue achieving in my career, instead of just settling.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the positive team environment and rigorous academics. I also chose Macalester because of the beautiful campus!
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
The sense of community within the athletic department made the transition to college so much easier and more fun. The camaraderie among the women’s teams is amazing and I definitely feel supported.
