Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of the diversity and unique opportunities it offers. I also liked that I could challenge myself academically and be involved with soccer and other activities at the same time. Everyone I met on my visit was very friendly and in the end it just felt like the right fit.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has been a chance to try new things and experience a different part of the country. At Mac I am constantly challenged to go out of my comfort zone and keep an open mind to new ideas.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete has helped me develop skills such as time management and working in a team environment. I have also gained a support network of friends through my experience that will be important in life after graduation.
