Lisa Bauer '04 returned to her alma mater in 2012 to become the goalkeeper coach for Macalester.
As a student-athlete for the Scots, Bauer was a three-time NSCAA All-American and went on to attend national camp with the Minnesota Olympic Development Program team.
Prior to her return to Macalester, she worked at St. Paul Academy as goalkeeper coach for eight years. She has also served as a head coach with the St. Paul Blackhawks club and SPA's junior varsity team. Bauer has worked independently for 10 years coaching both male and female goalkeepers.
She holds a NSCAA goalkeeper coaching Level II license and works as a mental health professional at a local elementary school.
