Jesse Campos returns for his fifth season as an assistant coach with the Macalester women's soccer program.
Campos has been a staff coach with the Saint Paul Blackhawks Soccer Club since 2011, and is currently coaching at Woodbury Soccer Club.
Campos is part of the Boy’s Varsity coaching staff at Cretin-Derham Hall High School in St. Paul, and is also a technical trainer at LeftFoot Coaching Academy in Minneapolis, where he was the most recent Assistant Director of Coaching.
Prior to moving to Minnesota, Campos was at the University of California Irvine as the men’s club soccer assistant coach, 2010-2011. He attended UCI from 2002 to 2006; played for the men’s club soccer program and the Orange County Blue Star CSL Premier, & PDL teams. Campos graduated with degrees in Criminology Law & Society, and Psychology Social Behavior.
Campos holds a USSF D License, and an NSCAA Special Topics Certificate. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Woodbury Minn. with their first child Carson Campos, born July 2013.
