Jemma Perkins is an assistant women's soccer coach after serving as interim head coach for the 2011 season.
Perkins has served as a coach at Macalester since 2007, working under former head coaches John Leaney and Ryan Reiling. She began her collegiate career as a Division I player at the University of Virginia before transferring to Macalester, where she started two seasons in the midfield and was team captain as a senior.
After graduating from Mac in 2000, she trained with the Aston Villa Ladies F.C. in England and has been coaching soccer around the Twin Cities in various capacities for over 15 years.
Coach Perkins lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Chad and their two sons Ty (4) and Keane (3).
