Biography
Why I chose Macalester:
The importance of diversity at this school is something I hold to a high standard. Not only that people value it but that they also integrate it into so many different aspects of Macalester is wonderful. I also wanted a smaller school; I didn't just want to be a face in a crowded classroom. The setting of Macalester is also important; it's busy enough and also not in the middle of nowhere. Of course, the beautiful campus and wonderful, engaging people here definitely influenced my decision to attend Macalester.
