Athletics Assistant at the Leonard Center... Student Government Class Representative... Member of SAAC.

2024
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Ran in all seven Scots races… Clocked a season-best 25:00.5 at the Interregional Invitational on Oct. 19.

2023
Ran at five meets on the season… Logged a personal record of 24:28.7 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 14... Received Academic All-MIAC honors.

2022
Ran in all six races for the Scots... Finished 38th at the MIAC Preview Meet on Sept. 9 with a time of 24:43.6... Academic All-MIAC honors.

2021
Competed in five races for the Scots... Ran the 6,000 meters in 24:49.6 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct.15.

Before Mac
First team all Cincinnati Hills League cross country honors in 2019-2020 at Wyoming High School... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League cross country honors in 2018... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League track and field honors in 2021 for the 3200m... Received honorable mention recognition in 2021 for the 4x800m... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League track and field honors in 2019 for the 4x800m at Wyoming High... Received honorable mention recognition in 2019 for the 3200m... National Honors Society.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because I wanted to go to a liberal arts college. I love St. Paul's coziness and the many advantages it offers students.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Macalester has been a place for me to explore my interests academically, as well as socially and in athletics. I have learned new things about myself and pushed myself outside of my comfort zone!

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete has allowed me to learn how to balance my social life, academics, and athletics. I have been able to make friendships with people that I would not have crossed paths with otherwise. It has also allowed me to take on leadership roles like helping with recruiting and making the underclassmen feel welcome.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
During my time at Macalester I have been a part of and helped create a special community. I have found my voice as a leader on the XC and track teams and have continued my dedication and perseverance to running. I will use all of these skills in my future after Macalester.
