Ran in seven races for Macalester... Finished in eighth place with a 19:39.4 a personal best in the 5k at the St. Olaf Ole Opener on Aug. 29. 

2024
Ran in seven races for Macalester… Clocked a 25:22.9 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 16.

2023
Competed in five races for the Scots on the season… Registered a personal record of 25:11.3 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 14.

Before Mac
Received All-Conference award… Cross Country team captain at Gould Academy… High Honor Roll.
 
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
It has taught me how to balance academics, athletics, and other responsibilities while managing my time effectively, which have prepared me to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the location and the strong sense of community.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Mac has meant creating everlasting friendships built off of the desire to see one another succeed.
