Served as cross country team captain junior and senior year for Capital High School… Led team to third place finish at 2013 State meet, the first podium finish for the Capital High School women’s cross country program … Member of 2009 and 2013 Academic State Championship teams
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I was drawn by the strong academic reputation, especially the international focus, the feel of a small school in a big city and the opportunity to run.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
I appreciate the sense of community and the commitment to being strong, happy, hardworking people, and athletes.
