2018
Finished 14th in the Macalester/St. Olaf 4k, running the course in 17:30… Added three 25-minute finishes in the 6k, with her season’s best time coming from the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:09… Took 11th at the St. Kate’s Invite, completing the 5k course in 20:45.
2017
Named to the MIAC All-Academic team… Started off the year with a time of 25:26 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Ran her fastest 6k at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 14, finishing in 24:47… Finished the St. Kate’s Invite 5k in 20:22, which was good for a 26th place finish.
2016
Earned Academic All-MIAC awards … Raced a season PR of 25:04 in the 6,000 meter at the UW-La Crosse Tori Neubauer Invitational … Raced a 5,000 meter PR at the St. Kate’s Invitational with a time of 19:56, making her 46th on the Macalester all-time 5,000 meter top 50 honor roll.
2015
Pelz made her collegiate debut at the Luther All-American running a time of 20:46 in the 5,000 meter … She ran a time of 25:20 in her first collegiate 6,000 meter race at the St. Olaf Invitational … She ran 16:10 for the 4,000 meter course at the St. Kate’s Invitational, a time making her 38th on the Macalester all-time 4,000 meter top 50 honor roll … She put down a PR in the 6,000 meter with a time of 24:28 at the UW-La Crosse Tori Neubauer Invitational.

Ran on districts-qualifying cross country team at Roosevelt High School … Three-time league participant and one-time district qualifier in the 300 m hurdles … Honor Roll recipient … Named a Washington State Scholar … Graduated as an AP Scholar with honors
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I came for the campus feeling of camaraderie, the juxtaposition of small school and big city, and for the team.
