Evie Peterson started working with the Macalester women's team during the 2008-2009 season. Before coming to Mac she attended North Park University in Chicago from 2005-2008. She graduated with a double major in Psychology and Biblical & Theological Studies. She played basketball and volleyball during her time at NP and was named to the CCIW All-Academic team each year. She also received All-Conference recognition twice for basketball and set a conference record for free-throw percentage in conference play (90%).
Peterson is a native of Eagan, Minn. and currently lives in south Minneapolis.
