All-MIAC… All-America Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-District… Led the team with 23 appearances in the circle, including 21 starts… Went 12-7 with an ERA of 3.09 to rank fifth in the MIAC in wins and 12th in ERA… Struck out 74 batters (seventh-best in the MIAC) while walking 34 in 99 ? innings… Opposing batters hit .230 against her, the third-lowest batting average allowed among MIAC pitchers… Named MIAC Softball Pitcher of the Week after she tossed a five-inning perfect game in the 9-0 victory over St. Scholastica on May 3, facing the minimum 15 batters, striking out eight without a hit, walk or error.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of its tight knit and academically rigorous environment. I was intrigued by Mac's student culture and opportunities that being in the cities provides.
