Received Academic All-MIAC honors... Made 12 appearances with one start… Hit an RBI single in the 10-2 win over Augsburg on April 21.

2021
Played in 11 games... Earned Academic All-MIAC honors... Earned Easton/NFCA Division III All-American Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020
Played in three games… Recorded a hit in an 8-1 win over Ripon Mar. 8.


Before Mac
Named a Scholar Athlete four times at The Galloway School… Earned the Toughness award for softball as a sophomore and the Leadership award for basketball as a junior… Also received the Blue and Gold award for basketball as a senior… Four-year varsity letter in softball.      
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the people I met when I visited campus. Everyone, from admissions, to students were welcoming and friendly. When it came down to making my decision I knew that it was a community I wanted to be a part of.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has meant a lot to me so far. I feel that despite everything going on in the world I am a part of a supportive community that wants the best for me. I feel that Macalester has supported my growth as a person and as a student in the past year and I am excited to continue to grow as a person and a student here at Macalester.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My time as a student-athlete has taught me about community as well as time management. I have become used to working in a large group on a daily basis which will help me in my future work. I communicate efficiently, effectively, and kindly because of my time as an athlete. I also have the ability to balance many obligations at once. As student-athletes, we have to be able to balance our commitment to our team and our demanding school work on a daily basis. This ability to balance multiple important and time-consuming roles will serve me well in my future.
