Played in 27 games for the Scots and made 15 starts in the outfield in her first year campaign...Had 49 at bats and finished with 11 hits on the season, three RBI's and five stolen bases... Collected 12 putouts in 14 chances for a .929 fielding percentage.

Gunther also plays basketball at Macalester.

Named to the 2011 San Fran Preps All-City Team … Played for the 2011 AAA CIF-SF All-City Runner Up … Twice earned AAA CIF-SF All-City Second Team honors … Recipient of 2014 AAA CIF-SF All-City First Team honors during senior year playing for Lowell
 

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?

I chose Macalester because it was the right combination of all the factors I wanted in a school and particularly because of its central location in the Twin Cities.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?

My experience at Macalester has help shape the course of study I wish to pursue and am passionate about. In addition, it has given me the opportunity to live and explore a new urban area.
