2023-24
Named to the All-MIAC singles team and All-MIAC Honorable Mention doubles team… Finished 9-8 in singles, going 8-7 at No. 2 singles… Won at No. 2 singles (6-3, 6-2) to propel the Scots to a 6-3 victory against Saint John’s on April 14… Finished 8-12 in doubles… Slammed an 8-3 victory at No. 2 doubles with partner Lucas Wood against St. Olaf in the MIAC Quarterfinals to help the Scots advance.

2022-23
Named to the All-MIAC singles team and the MIAC All-Playoff team… Led the team with 12 singles wins, going 12-4… Defeated St. Olaf at No. 2 singles (6-4, 6-2) on April 23 for the 6-3 victory... Earned ITA Scholar Athlete distinction and Academic All-MIAC honors.

2021-22
Named to the All-MIAC singles team… Finished the season 8-8 in singles and 5-9 record in doubles… Had a 3-2 record at No. 2 singles and 5-6 record at No. 3 singles… Defeated Saint Mary’s at No. 3 singles (6-1, 6-1) on March 26… Played at No. 2 doubles, earning victories over UW-Superior, Concordia, Stevenson, and Saint Mary’s with partner Alec Sargent.

Team captain at Mililani High School... Played as the number one singles... Academic honors... STEM honors... Career and Technical Education honors... Japanese National Honors Society... Seal of Biliteracy.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester has a good academic reputation and I am able to play college tennis.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
It has been so fun so far! I really like the Macalester community and how much Macalester cares for their people and the environment.
