Swam at nine meets for Macalester… Earned All-MIAC honors with a third place finish (1:55.25) in the 200-yard individual medley and as a member of the school-record-setting 800-yard freestyle (6:55.41) and 400-yard medley (3:25.05) relay teams that both placed third and earned All-MIAC honorable mention with a fourth place finish (51.12) at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19-22… Won six races, including two first-place finishes in the 100 free (48.08) and the 200 free (1:49.15) as well as a second place (53.21) in the 100-yard butterfly against Carleton on Nov. 9.
2023-2024
Earned All-MIAC honors in the 200-yard individual medley with a school-record time of 1:55.33 for third place and swam with the 400-yard freestyle relay team that placed third with a school-record 3:08.80 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-17… Earned All-MIAC honorable mentions with a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly (51.09), including breaking his own school record in the preliminaries with a 50.71 finish and swam with the 800-yard freestyle, 400-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relay teams that each placed fourth and broke school records at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Named MIAC Swimmer of the Week for the week ending Dec. 3… Placed no lower than fourth in a race outside of MIACs, including nine first-place finishes.

I chose Macalester for the educational opportunities, the Twin Cities location, and the ability to continue my swimming career.
