Swam at 10 meets in his debut season… Claimed All-MIAC honors as a member of the school-record-setting 800-yard freestyle (6:55.41), 200-yard medley (1:33.20) and 400-yard medley (3:25.05) relay teams that each placed third and swam a personal best in the 100-yard (47.06) and 200-yard (1:44.76) freestyle races at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19-22… Won the 200 free in 1:45.30 and placed second in the 100 free (47.44) and 200 individual medley (1:58.15) at the Roger Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 6-7… Placed second in the 100 free, 200 free and the 200 individual medley races against Carleton on Nov. 9.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I liked the location, the campus, the academics and the people I met on my recruiting visit.
