Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Registered personal bests in the 500-yard freestyle and 1650-yard freestyle at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Placed second in the 1000-yard freestyle and third in the 500-yard freestyle against St. Olaf on Jan. 21.

2021-2022
Totaled six top 10 performances... Member of the 800 yard freestyle relay team that won the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3 with a time of 7:44.19... Swam personal bests in of 5:10.77 in the 500 yard freestyle and 18:07.52 in the 1650 yard freestyle at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19.

Division II Ohio State finalist in the 400m relay in 2019 at Columbian High School... Member of Columbian High School record holding 400m relay team... National Merit Scholar.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
The combination of the close-knit community of people that passed the vibe check and the location in the Twin Cities is what did it for me.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Coming to Macalester (and the swim team specifically) meant finding possibly the most supportive environment I’ve ever known.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Swimming at Mac has made me a better collaborator. Because practices are collective but races are usually still individual, I'm able to hold the big picture goals in my mind while pursuing my own individual best times in each swim.
