2024-25
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Swam at 11 meets for Mac in his senior season… Claimed All-MIAC honors as a member of the school-record-setting 800-yard freestyle (6:55.41), 200-yard medley (1:33.20) and 400-yard medley (3:25.05) relay teams that each placed third and claimed All-MIAC honorable mention with a fourth place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke in a school-record 56.47 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19-22… Placed first 11 times on the season, five times in the 200-yard breaststroke… Finished first in seven straight individual events between Jan. 18 and Feb. 1.

2023-2024
Earned a MIAC Championship with a first-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke with a school record-breaking time of 2:04.18 and earned All-MIAC honors with a third-place finish (56.55) in the 100-yard breaststroke and with the school record-breaking 400-yard freestyle relay team that placed fourth at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16-17… Earned three All-MIAC honorable mentions with fourth-place finishes with the 800-yard freestyle, 400-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relay teams, all of which logged school records at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Named MIAC Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 11… Received Academic All-MIAC honors… Registered 20 top-five finishes, including nine first-place finishes on the season.

2022-2023
Earned All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke while breaking his own school record with a time of 56.73 and earned All-MIAC honorable mentions with a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke while breaking his own record in the preliminaries with a time of 2:07.10 and with the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set a new school record of 1:26.44 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Named MIAC Athlete of the Week for the weeks ending Oct. 23 and Dec. 4… Received Academic All-MIAC honors… Registered 22 top-five finishes on the season, including 13 first-place finishes.

2021-2022
Totaled 14 top five performances... Broke the 100-yard breastroke school record with a time of 58.84 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 18... Registered a time of 2:09.14 in the 200-yard backstroke at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19 to break the school record... Member of the 200-yard medley relay (1:37.56) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:27.46) that broke the school record at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16... Won the 400-yard medley relay with a school record time of 3:39.68 at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Named All-MIAC in the 200-yard breaststroke, placing third at the MIAC Championships Feb. 19.

Before Mac
Multiple state championship cuts at East Chapel Hill High School... 100y and 200y breastroke Speedo Sectional cuts... Swam the 100y breastroke in 1:00.97... Swam the 200y breastroke in 2:14... North Carolina Academic Scholar... Honor Roll.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester's inclusive community allows every person with different backgrounds to form a lifelong relationship with each other, and with Macalester's Twin Cities location, I can expand my classroom learning to real life situations, such as a research opportunity or internship.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester meant so much more than what I previously expected. The relationships I have made at Macalester will help me throughout my college life and beyond. The location of Macalester, in a middle of the Twin Cities, is also a great plus to my experience.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
The experience has challenged me to improve my time management.
