Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Swam at ten meets for Mac… Placed fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke against St. Olaf on Jan. 18.

2023-2024
Received Academic All-MIAC honors… Swam in the 50-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke and 100-yard breaststroke at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Placed fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke and fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke against St. Olaf on Jan. 20.

2022-2023
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Logged a personal best of 24.44 in the 50-yard freestyle at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke and third in the 200-yard breaststroke against Hamline on Nov. 19.

2021-2022
Swam two top 10 performances... Placed eighth in the 200-yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:21.22 against Carleton on Nov. 6... Produced a personal best of 2:18.76 in the 200-yard breaststroke at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19... Swam a personal best of 24.91 in the 50-yard freestyle at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I was looking for a school that was either by or in a major city and that offered strong programs in the fields that I was interested in and Macalester checked all the boxes.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
The supportive community of peers that I have found at Macalester has been instrumental to my growth as both a student and as an athlete.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has opened several doors both personally and professionally. Through the wide web of networking provided by the athletic community I've been given the means to pursue my academic interests while being a collegiate athlete.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Overall my experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has helped me become a more well-rounded and balanced individual. I have learned how to overcome mental and physical hurdles and to manage my time more effectively, all while making lifelong relationships with my coaches and teammates.
