Member of the Dean’s List… Participates in men’s water polo… Part of the Climbing Club at Macalester… Serves as an RA at Macalester.
2021-2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors... Registered six top 10 performances... Member of the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:27.46) and 200-yard medley relay (1:37.56) teams that broke school records at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16... Part of the 400-yard medley relay team that broke the school record in a time of 3:39.68, winning the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Swam a season best of 1:00.68 in the 100-yard butterfly to place second against Grinnell.

2019-2020
Produced three top-3 finishes in sophomore season… Finished third in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 56.51 against Grinnell on Jan. 25… Also had a few top-five finishes in relay events… Received MIAC Academic All-Conference honors.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester to me has been an exciting opportunity for exploration, not only academically, but also personally. As a very nurturing community, Macalester has encouraged me to prospect every interest without bias or judgment, combining intrinsic motivation with external support to create a holistic education.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
As a student athlete, I feel connected to an incredibly supportive group of peers, who have encouraged me to explore my passions during my time at Macalester. Having the courage to take new courses and try out new activities has helped me grow and change as an individual.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Macalester athletics has given me the tools and connections to emerge into the post college world with confidence. It has helped cultivate important life skills like time management and commitment that I know will be valuable long after I graduate.
