What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far? 
Overall, my experience at Macalester has helped me grow in every aspect of my life. As a student-athlete, I’ve learned how to balance the demands of academics and soccer while becoming more disciplined, resilient, and accountable. I’ve been challenged both in the classroom and on the field, and those experiences have pushed me to become a better version of myself.

Macalester has also given me opportunities to pursue my interests beyond soccer, whether through my coursework or writing about issues I’m passionate about. The friendships I’ve built with teammates, classmates, and professors have made my experience meaningful and have given me a strong sense of community. I’m grateful for everything Macalester has taught me so far, and I’m excited to continue growing during the rest of my time here.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because I wanted to get a great education and play collegiate soccer. Macalester also is in an amazing location. You can enjoy the big city and nature all at once!
