As a Scot
Has completed internships with both Ecolab (Finance Intern) and the Minnesota Wild (Statistical Analyst).

2018
Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America Second Team… Earned MIAC All-Academic team honors… Started in all 20 games as a defender in his junior season… Totaled 1567 minutes on the year, the second most of any player on the team… Played 70 minutes or more in 16 of the team’s 20 games… Fired four shots on the year… Took a shot in three consecutive games between Oct. 10 and Oct. 15.

2017
Started in ten games of 19 played.

2016
Saw action in 20 games with 19 starts… Helped the Scot’s defense to limiting opposing teams to 13 goals on the season… Received MIAC Men’s Sportsmanship Award.

Before Mac
Two-time Club Northern California State Champion in 2015 and 2016... High School League Champions in 2015 and 2016... North Coast Sectional Champions in 2015 and Finalists in 2016... Earned All-League and All-East Bay selection senior season... Selected to the East Bay All-Star South Team senior season… Four-time recipient of the scholar athlete award for soccer.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because I like its combination of a small school in a big city. Attending Macalester also gives me the opportunity to receive a high quality education and play for an excellent soccer program. I look forward to being a part of the diverse community at Mac and taking advantage of the study abroad program.
 
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My first year at Macalester was a great experience. I was introduced to lots of new ideas and people as a result of being a part of such a diverse student population. My first year at college definitely helped me grow as a person and to continue my education at an excellent institution.
 
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student athlete has taught me a great deal about time management and working with my teammates towards a common goal. These are skills which will be important for me in my career after college. I am grateful for all that I have learned and gained from being an athlete in the NCAA at Macalester College.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me teamwork, cooperation, perseverance, and being dedicated towards reaching a common goal with my teammates. I really value these skills as they will be very valuable for me in my life after graduation as well as in my career after earning my college degree.
