Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester due to the school's prestigious academics, the soccer program, and the location. The academics are some of the best in the country, and nationally respected. Also, the soccer program has a long history of success and it is an honor to be able to play on this team. Finally, Saint Paul is one of the most friendly and exciting communities in the country.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has exposed me to new ways of thinking that has rounded to me into a more complete person. I am looking forward to continuing my growth as a global citizen in the coming years.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to succeed. The skills I have learned as a student-athlete, such as leadership, companionship, and work ethic, will help me become a driven and goal-oriented member of society.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete has made me a more disciplined and detail-oriented member of society. It has also allowed me to meet a great group of guys and form life-long bonds. I will always cherish my time as a student-athlete at Macalester.
