Why I chose Macalester:
My brother attended Mac, and had some amazing experiences, so I always thought that I would end up here. Macalester has an amazing, friendly atmosphere that is very hard to look past. With its great academic status, the small classes and the great professors makes for a learning environment I couldn't pass up. Soccer was a deal breaker as well. I have know Coach Barker for a while and have created a strong friendship with him. He runs a terrific program and I look forward to the years of success to come.
