After a stellar career as a player at Hamline, he coached collegiately since 2019 and he has been involved in youth soccer here in Minnesota for many years. I'm very excited for Oscar to impact the program and our student-athletes," said Olson.

"I want to thank Athletic Director Donnie Brooks, Head Coach Gregg Olson, and the rest of the search committee for the opportunity to join the men's soccer staff," said Campbell. "Macalester soccer has a long and proud tradition of excellence on the field and in the classroom that I am thrilled to be joining. I look forward to getting to know the program, student-athletes, staff and school. Coach Olson and former assistant Josh Roy have created an enjoyable and fulfilling student-athlete experience that I'm excited to help continue and build upon."
