The 2014 season will be Brian's first at Macalester. He will work primarily with the Scots' goalkeepers.
Brian arrives on campus having completed a very successful collegiate career at Bradley University. Brian took over as Bradley's starting keeper early in his freshman season and went on to rank fourth in Bradley history with 81 career starts. His 2010 recruiting class at Bradley became the first class to reach three NCAA Tournaments. He finished second in program history with 44 career victories, but his 11 career overtime wins nearly doubled the second-best total. He ended his career with an 11-3-11 (.660) record in 25 career overtime games. Brian became the fourth keeper in MVC history to eclipse 7,000 career minutes, finishing third all-time with 7,561 minutes between the pipes, and became the fourth player in Bradley Soccer history to earn All-Midwest Region honors three times in his career He is second in Bradley history with 22 career shutouts, including a 1-0 win at then No. 1 Connecticut Sept. 14, 2013. He also set the MVC Tournament single-game record with 13 saves in Bradley's 2013 quarterfinal win against Evansville.
