All-Region and All-MIAC first team… Named to the D3hoops.com Team of the week on Jan. 30... Named MIAC Offensive Player of the Week for the weeks on both Nov. 20 and Jan. 29… Included on HoopsHD’s list of top performers during the exhibition season… Academic All-American, All-District and All-MIAC… Included on the NABC Honors Court… Started all 25 games… Ranked second in the MIAC in points per game with 20.0 and in minutes per game with 35.7 (totaling 893 on the season)… Made the third-most free throws in the MIAC with 108 while shooting .837 from the line… Totaled 99 rebounds and a team second-best 69 assists and 30 steals… Scored a school-record 51 points on 20-of-28 shooting against Concordia on Jan. 24… Dropped 41 points against the University of Minnesota in an exhibition game on Nov. 2.

2022-2023
Started in all 26 games… Logged 913 minutes, averaging 35.1 per game… Led the team in points (558) and steals (48)… Totaled 143 rebounds, 61 assists (second-most on the team), and three blocks… Scored a career high 39 points against Concordia on Feb 1… Registered his 1,000th career point against Saint John’s on Feb 15… Scored in double digits 24 of 26 games… Posted 13 games with over 20 points…Named MIAC Offensive Player of the Week Nov 14… Received All-MIAC honors… Academic All-District honors… Named to the Academic All-America first team… Received All-Region honors from D3Hoops.com.

Received Academic All-MIAC honors... Named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 9 third team... Started in all 28 games… Led the team in minutes with 932, averaging 33.3 minutes per game… Led the team in points with 487… Tallied the second-most rebounds on the team with 137... Posted the most steals on the team with 36… Scored a career high 30 points in the MIAC Quarterfinal victory over St. Scholastica on Feb. 19 … Tallied a double-double against Saint Mary’s on Nov. 20 with 17 points and 11 rebounds… Honored as part of the All-MIAC second team.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
The hard work and dedication surrounding our basketball team has built a family. I am grateful for the connections I have made and support I have received from the my team specifically, and Macalester as a whole.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Competing as a student-athlete has forced me to develop valuable time management skills and has continued to test my self-motivation. Two skills, among many, that I have learned at Macalester and will contribute to my life after sports.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a collegiate student-athlete has forced me to develop valuable time management skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and has taught me how to work together with a team. All traits that I think will translate to life after college.
