2024
Named a Division III All-Academic Athlete… Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Ran in seven races… Earned All-MIAC honors for a personal record 25:19.3 time for a 10th place finish at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Ran a  25:21.9 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships… Won the 3.11 mile St. Olaf Ole Opener in 15:51.3 on Aug. 30… Placed fourth in the four mile (20:36.7) at the All-American Invitational on Sept. 14.

2023
Competed in five races on the season…  Claimed All-MIAC honorable mention for finishing 23rd with a time of 25:53.1 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 14… Placed 68th in 25:42.0 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 11… Logged a personal record 25:40.5 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 14... Received Academic All-District honors and Academic All-MIAC honors.

2022
Ran in five races his debut season... Ran a time of 27:38.9 at the NCAA North Region Meet on Nov. 12.

Before Mac
Named Oregon Episcopal School’s Male Athlete of the Year… Captained the Cross Country and Track teams… Placed third at the OSAA 3A track 3000m State Championship.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Being able to attend a small liberal arts college that was near two large cities was an opportunity I couldn't pass up.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Macalester has enabled me to pursue my academic and athletic interests, while also helping me grow as a person.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Having to manage Macalester's academic rigor while also attending practice every day was a challenge at first, however this balancing act has pushed me to grow and find strategies to make sure I stay on top of everything, which has definitely set me up for success post-college!
