Ran his fastest four-mile time of the season with a 22:04 in the Summit Cup on Sept. 11… Ran a PR in the 8k with a time of 26:36 at the Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4… finished in the top 100 at the NCAA Central Region Championships on Nov. 16.
2018
Competed in six races during his first year… Opened the season with a 30th place finish in the Twin Cities Twilight, running the four-mile course in 22:54… Finished 16th at the KollegeTown Pre-National Meet, finishing the 8k in 28:50… Posted his season-best 8k at the Central Region Championships with a time of 27:56.
