2018
Participated in three competitions throughout the year… Ran his best 8k of the season at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27, completing the course in 30:29.
2017
Ran in three races during his rookie season… Recorded his best 8k time at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28, finishing in 30:09.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
It has given me a community at Mac that I know is supporting me and I have forged lifelong bonds with my teammates. It also helps keep a good balance in my life between academics, extra-curricular activities, and sports.
