Member of the Dean’s List… Part of the Nordic ski club… Interned at the Minnesota House of Representatives.

2018
Participated in five competitions on the season… Completed the four-mile Twin Cities Twilight on Aug. 31 in 23:35… Recorded his best 8k time of the year at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing the course in 29:35.

2017
Competed in seven different races throughout the year… Took 23^rd at the Summit Cup on Sept. 21, compiling his best four-mile time (24:51)… His last three races of the season were all completed in the 29-minute range, including a PR at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 14, finishing the race in 29:01.

2016
Ran in seven races in his rookie season… Opened the season at the Augsburg Alumni Meet, finishing the 5k course in 18:44… Put up his first sub-30-minute 8k at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30 with a time of 29:22.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I did an overnight here and it just felt right.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I've had access to many opportunities to experience life outside of Mac. It's been the best of both worlds, as Macalester provides lots of support for student-athletes to balance athletics and academics. I've had the chance to intern for MN Representatives and create connections that will prepare me for success after graduation.
