Claimed Academic All-MIAC honors… Competed in seven races… Placed eighth in the 5k at the Cannon River Closer on Nov. 7… Notched a personal best 26:44.6 in the 8k at the Interregional Invitational on Oct. 19.
2023
Ran in two races for the Scots… Logged a personal record of 28:40.8 at the Running of the Cows on Sept. 16.
Before Mac
Member of Varsity Cross Country team at Lincoln High School 2020-22… Ran 3200m in 9:59 at his high school conference meet.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Mac has an amazing learning community and location.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has meant an incredible amount. The support I have received, both within and outside of athletics, has been wonderful. Because of that support, I've been able to grow immensely as a student, athlete, and person.
