Participated in three races on the season… Ran a personal best of 29:30.6 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.
Before Mac
Named Cross Country MVP his sophomore year at Waterville Senior High School… Received KVAC All-Conference 2nd team honors his sophomore year… Ran the 5k in 17:37… Recipient of the University of Rochester Xerox Innovation and Information Technology award… Member of the National Honors Society.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of its focus on internationalism. Being located in the Twin Cities opens up many opportunities.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
I've been able to explore my academic interests, while meeting great people along the way.
