Ran his first two races of the season in 27:27, which was good for a 14
th place finish at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22 and a 20
th place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 29… Placed 41
st at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27 with a time of 27:23… Recorded a PR at the Central Region Championships, finishing the course in 26:42.
2017
Raced five times throughout his sophomore season… Placed 13
th at the Falcon Invitational on Sept. 8, finishing in 27:18… Ran the Summit Cup four-mile course in 22:07 for a fourth place finish… Posted his fastest 8k of the season at the Carleton Running of the Cows on Sept. 30 with a time of 26:48, making him a member of Macalester’s sub-27-minute club… Took 40
th at the MIAC Championships, finishing in 27:08.
2016
Participated in eight races in his first season… Opened the year with a 17
th place finish in the Augsburg Alumni Meet 5k, finishing in 17:01… Placed within the top-35 at both the Falcon Invitational on Sept. 9 and the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24… Finished the Summit Cup four-mile in 22:37 which was good for 20
th place… Ran his fastest 8k at the Falcon Invitational with a time of 28:07.

2016 Conference Champion in the two mile … 2nd team All Conference in cross country for 2015 season … Awarded high honors all four years of high school
