Academic All-MIAC... Ran the 8k at the Hamline Invitational, finishing in 27:39.8 and ending in 13th place.
2024
Ran in seven races in his debut season… Clocked a personal best 26:53.0 at the Interregional Invitational on Oct. 19… Logged a 27:35.5 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Beyond helping me develop discipline, commitment, and connections that will serve me outside of the Leonard Center, I would be a miserable person to be around if I didn't have athletics as a place to vent my competitive energy.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
For me Macalester was a crossroads of many different facets I wanted in a college. The academic reputation and metropolitan location put it on my radar, but the opportunity to contribute to one of (what I believe to be) the best up and coming running programs and my nearby family is what clinched the deal.
