Earned Academic All-District and Academic All-MIAC honors… Ran three times in his senior season… Placed eighth in 16:21.7 in the 3.11 mile at the St. Olaf Ole Opener on Aug. 30… Ran a 26:45.7 in the 8k at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Ran a 26:58.6 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 16.

2023
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2022
Ran in all six races for the Scots... Registered a time of 26:14.8 at the NCAA North Region Meet on Nov. 12... Academic All-MIAC honors.

2021
Competed in six races in his debut season... Ran the 5,000 meters in a time of 16:25.1 at the Ole Opener on Sept. 1... Ran the 8,000 meters in a time of 26:25.0 at the NCAA DIII North Region Championships on Nov. 13.

Cross country team captain at Lincoln Southeast High School... Qualified for the state cross country meet... Earned academic all-conference honors... Earned academic all-state honors... Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of its academic rigor, resources, and the opportunity to continue my running career.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Macalester has been a place that has allowed me to explore and pursue my passions both academically and athletically while pushing me to grow as a person.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience has taught me to enjoy the process of whatever it is I’m doing and be present in day to day life.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a runner in college has prepared me to be a runner for the rest of my life.
