Ran five races for the Scots… Placed 27th at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 14 with a time of 26:08.4… Finished with a time of 25:53.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 11… Logged a personal record of 25:44.5 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 14... Earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2022
Ran in six races for Macalester... Registered a time of 26:42.1 at the UW-La Crosse/Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15... Academic All-MIAC honors.

2021
Competed in six races for the Scots... Ran the 5,000 meters in a time of 16:42.6 at the Ole Opener on Sept. 1... Academic All-MIAC honors.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester has so many quality resources that I know would help me thrive as both a student and athlete. From the MAX Center, to Career Services to the Sports Psychologists, there are so many resources that I have access to.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has provided a kind and supportive community that has allowed me to grow as an entire person.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has pushed and challenged me such that I have grown incredibly as an individual. It has pushed me to be a better teammate, friend, student and leader. By challenging me, I feel I have developed a strong work ethic and what it means to work hard on and off the track.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete has given me the skills of determination and resilience, which has helped me succeed in an intense work environment. Being on a team has taught me how to be a good teammate, friend, and leader.
