Macalester College Athletics

Mike Cavallaro, a 6’3 guard from North Attleboro, Mass., averaged 22 point per game as a senior at Moses Brown School in Rhode Island.  He garnered 1st Team All-League and 1st Team All-Division in the Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL) in addition to being named to the Rhode Island Basketball Coaches Association (RIBCA) Academic All-State team in 2011-12.  Mike was team MVP for Moses Brown each of the last three seasons.  As a junior, he averaged 23 points, was 2nd Team All-Division, RIBCA Academic All-State.  As a sophomore in his first year on the varsity team, Mike averaged 12.9 points and was named 3rd team All-Division and 2nd team All-League in the RIIL.  He was awarded the AP Scholar with Honors Certificate.  Mike amassed 1,111 points in his high school career.
