Also a member of the Macalester track and field team, earning All-MIAC honors in the javelin as a sophomore.

Played in all 10 games with three starts… Registered 27 tackles and one sack… In his first career start, had five tackles, a fumble recovery and a pass breakup at Carleton Sept. 5… Tallied a career-high eight tackles vs. Hamline Sept. 12… Recorded a sack and a quarterback hurry vs. St. Norbert Nov. 7.

2014
Saw action in nine games… Had a season-best four tackles against Lawrence Oct. 25.

Before Mac
All-League selection as a quarterback and linebacker for White River High School… Graduated as Valedictorian of class… Earned AP Scholar recognition… Principal’s List recipient.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I was looking for a place to set me up for a successful future and a football program that would support my visions for life.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My first year at Macalester introduced great people and a great new atmosphere into my life.

Being a student athlete at Macalester has helped me make connections and gain valuable experience that I has opened many opportunities for me in all facets of life.
