Started all 10 games, recording 27 tackles, two interceptions and a team-leading eight pass breakups… Blocked a field goal attempt at Carleton Sept. 5… Registered an interception, a fumble recovery and two pass breakups at Carroll Oct. 31… Had three breakups and an interception vs. Cornell College Nov. 14… Named to the Midwest Conference Academic All-Conference team for the second straight year.

2014
Played in nine games with one start… Totaled 13 tackles… Had four tackles and a forced fumble against Lawrence Oct. 25… Earned a spot on the Midwest Conference Academic All-Conference team.

Before Mac
Received All-Conference honors in football and track competing for Minnewaska Secondary… Placed ninth at state championship in 100 meter dash.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of the standards that they hold their student athletes to and their drive to make every student reach their full potential.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
It has meant the world to me. It has been the best experience in my life. I only wish that everyone could have the Macalester experience.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student athlete at Macalester has helped me to understand what it means to have confidence in myself and how to persevere through challenges.
