Why I chose Macalester:
One of the reasons why I was drawn to Macalester was being able to play football. But I wanted to be a part of Macalester even before I was aware of this. It was really the combination of being a small liberal arts college in an urban environment, with a great International Studies department, and a student body from all over the world.

What Macalester has meant to me:
So far Macalester has provided me with a much deeper level of education than I ever had in Highschool, going much deeper into fields that actually interest me. I've also been able to expand my horizons through new experiences and by meeting people from across the country and world.
