Served as an intern in the Mayor’s Office of Detroit the summer of 2020… Spent the summer of 2019 as a Wells Fargo CTS Tax Intern… Interned with the Detroit Treasury Department for the summer of 2018.

2019
Named to the All-Midwest Conference Started all 10 games at center… Started all 10 games… Chosen the Scots’ Offensive MVP… Helped Macalester rush for 280 yards in a win over Cornell Oct. 5.

2018
Started nine of 10 games at center.

2017
Played in all 10 games with eight starts… Started the final seven games on the offensive line… Received the team’s Newcomer of the Year Award.

Before Mac
Four-year varsity player at Clarkston High School… Received Clarkston’s Heart Award… Served as team captain… National Honor Society member.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because I can challenge myself academically and athletically here. It felt like the perfect fit for me.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has meant having the opportunity to expand my horizons and have a place where I can continually challenge myself.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete at Mac has taught me to embrace challenges, and take pride in the little things.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience at Macalester has prepared me for life after graduation by teaching me how important the small details are in the long run. Whether it be in the classroom, on the field, or in life, doing the little things the right way will help you achieve your goals.
