Rob started in 23 games his junior year and saw action at first base, pitcher, catcher, and DH . . . He ranked fourth on the team in doubles (6) and made five appearances on the mound . . . He banged out two doubles vs. St. Mary’s University on 4-4-09 . . . Hit a solid .286 during the ’08 season . . . Engel had some big days with the bat, collecting three hits and two RBI vs. Central College (Ia.) on 3-15-08, as well as multi hit games vs. conference opponents St. Thomas, Carleton, and Hamline . . .
