2012 – Nathan ranked second on the team in innings pitched (57.1) and appearances (15) . . . had complete  game win vs. Wesleyan University on 3-12-12, giving up four runs on five hits . . .  ranked third on staff in ERA (3.61) . . . threw six innings of relief and picked up an extra inning win vs. Bethany Lutheran College on 3-21-12 . . . notched first collegiate save vs. Northwestern College on 3-26-12.   2011 - had eight appearances on the year to go along with one start. . . notched his first collegiate win vs. St. Mary’s University on 4-30-10 as he came in long relief and pitched six strong innings and scattered five hits.  High School - comes to Macalester from Cool, Calif. . . . had an 8-3 record his senior year at Golden Sierra High School . . . posted 122 strikeouts, 16 walks and a minuscule 0.91 ERA in 77 innings pitched . . . put up excellent numbers on the offensive end, batting .505 with five home runs, 16 doubles, and 49 RBI . . . he was named the Golden Empire League MVP. . . four-time letter-winner and two-time all-conference performer . . . captain his senior year.
