2012 – Mike saw limited action on the field, having two pinch hitting appearances. 2011 – collected two RBI with his first collegiate hit vs. Northwestern on 5-3-11. High School - comes to Macalester College from upstate New York. . . led team RBI (19). . . earned all-conference honors his senior year. . . voted team MVP. . . selected to play in the WAC vs. Colonial Conference game. . . captained both the baseball and soccer team his senior year at Berne-Knox-Westerlo High School.

What Macalester has meant to me:\
Off the field, Macalester has taught me quite a bit about myself. I’ve acquired several new interests academically and met some of my closest friends both on and off the team. Macalester has lived up to the feeling I had about it on my visit; I truly feel like Mac is my home away from home. On the field, the experience of winning a MIAC Championship was second to none. Our team last year had unbelievable chemistry and I'm excited to be a part of our great team atmosphere again this year.
