2015
Made nine appearances on the mound with six starts… Started in the Scots’ victory over Winnipeg Mar. 14, striking out a season-high six batters.

2014
Posted a career high eight strikeouts in 4.1 innings of relief vs. Carroll College Mar. 21 as well as getting the win… Threw two innings in relief vs. Concordia striking out three on Apr. 8… Finished the year as one of the team leaders in strikeouts, recording 23 strikeouts in 18.2 innings, including finishing first with 10 batters struck out looking… Led the team in relief appearances with nine, seven of which were in MIAC play.

2013
Made his first collegiate appearance vs. North Central University on Mar. 11, striking out three in 1+ innings of work… Started in MIAC action on Apr. 27 vs. University of St. Thomas hurling 4.1 innings and scattering four hits… Had an impressive relief appearance in conference play vs. St. John’s May 3, throwing 4.1 innings a giving up one run… Appeared in six games for the Scots, including two starts.

Before Mac
Pitched in relief for the IMG Academies team that won the 2012 Sarasota Baseball Classic … Earned George Garnett Spirit Award his senior year, which is give to the senior who best embodies the school academically, athletically and socially … Received Academic Honors his senior year … Member of National Honor Society.  

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has been an unbelievable experience and privilege.  It has helped shape me into a more organized, energetic and well balanced individual. Without the camaraderie of the team and care of the program, I doubt I'd even be close to the person I want to be in the coming years. If it weren't for Macalester Baseball, my future would be a lot further from where I want to be and my goals as a student, as an athlete and a person would be well out of reach.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I am extremely thankful for my time at Mac. After nearly four years in the baseball program, the busy but exciting life of being a student-athlete has prepared me to adapt to stressful situations on and off the field. Balancing time with academics and athletics has taught me how to properly keep a schedule. Most importantly, Mac baseball has left me with some of my greatest memories and friends I will ever have and I will carry what I have learned from them onto the next step in my life.
