How being a student-athlete has prepared me for life after graduation:
I found that maintaining my passions has been extremely important in balancing my life, and that being flexible is vital as a student-athlete and in the real world. I also find that conversations involving college academics last one or two sentences, while almost everyone can relate to athletics and talk for a long time.
